孟申

北京金顶新光资产管理有限公司 副总裁兼投资总监

孟申先生于2010年加入金顶集团，参与创办了北京金顶新光资产管理有限公司并任副总裁兼投资总监。孟申先生在私募股权投资、商业银行及投资咨询等泛金融领域有多年执业经验，在加入金顶集团之前，孟申先生曾任国内著名PE机构投资总监，对国内外企业及资本市场、宏观经济有着深刻的理解，在财富管理和基金运营方面有着丰富的经验和成功的实践，并曾任职于上市商业银行总行及专业投资咨询公司。

孟申先生持有国际特许金融分析师（CFA）证书、FRM证书以及中国证券业协会颁发的证券专业水平二级证书，并取得银行间市场非金融企业债务融资承销业务的资格。 孟申先生现为美国特许金融分析师(CFA)协会及CFA协会中国分会会员、香港财经分析师学会(HKSFA)会员、美国“全球风险管理协会”（GARP）会员、中国证券从业协会会员，并在业界享有极好的声誉。

孟申先生取得北京工业大学工学学士学位，并于2010年取得长江商学院金融MBA学位。

Mr. Shen Meng Joined Golden Peak Group in 2010, co-founded the Beijing Golden Peak Xinguang Asset Management Co., Ltd, pointed as Investment Director and Vice President.

Prior of Joining Golden Peak Group. Mr. Shen Meng has years of experience in private equity, commercial banking and investment advisory. Mr. Shen Meng served as investment director of a well-known PE institution, he has deeply understanding of domestic and foreign enterprises, capital markets and macro-economy. He has profound experiences of the wealth management and fund operations. He also served in a listed commercial bank head office and a professional investment advisory firm.

Mr. Shen Meng is a CFA Charterholder, FRM Charterholder and holder of level II Certificate issued by the Securities Association of China; he also obtained inter-bank market non-financial corporate debt underwriting qualifications.

Mr. Shen Meng is a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Institute of the China Branch. Mr. Shen Meng is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts (HKSFA), member of the United States' Global Risk Management Association "(GARP), member of Securities Association of China, he has an excellent reputation in the finance industry.

Mr. Shen Meng obtained bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Technology, and finance MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of business.

刘俊

天津金顶盛世贵金属经营有限公司 副总裁

刘俊先生于2011年加入金顶集团，现任天津金顶盛世贵金属经营有限公司副总裁。 刘俊先生在实业领域有超过10年的从业经验，曾任国有上市公司分部副总经理及央企产品总监。加入金顶集团前，刘俊先生供职于某投资咨询公司，任总经理，主要从事资产管理等金融相关领域的商业活动。他拥有的丰富的企业运营管理经验，尤其是在商业计划执行及营销体系的构建上。

刘俊先生取得了武汉理工大学工学学士学位及长江商学院金融工商管理硕士学位。

Jun Liu

Vice President, Tianjin Golden Peak Shengshi Precious Metal operation Ltd., Co.

Mr Liu Jun joined in Golden Peak Group in early 2011 and holds the position of vice CEO of Tianjin Jinding Gold Investment Co.Ltd. Mr. Liu has more than 10 years experience in industrial field, was hold the position of vice sale manager and product director in a listed corporation. Before he joined in Golden Peak Group, Mr. Liu served a famous investment advisory corporation as chief manager who mainly engaged in the business activities of asset management and other financial related field. Mr.Liu has rich experience in business operation management, especially in a business plan execution and marketing system construction.

Mr. Liu has a bachelor degree from Wuhan University of Technology and was admitted to the degree of MBA by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

天津金顶盛世贵金属经营有限公司 副总裁

单潇先生在装备制造业有多年从业经验，曾任国有装备制造企业销售总监、家族企业副总。单潇先生也曾任职于国内著名股权投资机构，参与了华北和华东多家装备制造企业的改制及上市筹备工作。他拥有的丰富创业及企业运营管理经验，对公司治理、人力资源体系、企业文化建设和骨干人才培养有深刻的认识，在推动企业的快速成长、人才队伍建设发挥了重要作用。

单潇先生取得了中国地质大学（北京）管理学学士学位及长江商学院金融MBA学位。

Xiao Shan

Mr. Shan Xiao has devoted himself in manufacturing industry for many years. He was a sale director in a state-owned manufacturing enterprise .He also worked for a famous PE in China, and involved in the manufacturing enterprise restructuring and Pre-IPO work of several manufacturing corporations. Furthermore Mr. Shan has rich experience in business and enterprise operation, has profound understanding in corporate governance、human resource system and corporate culture construction.

Mr. Shan was awarded a bachelor degree by China University of Geosciences and was admitted to the degree of MBA by Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
